1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless:

  • The file is corrupted or does not match its description.

  • You are unable to download and we cannot resolve the issue.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard.

  • Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds for unused time.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our discretion for:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases

  • Proven technical issues unresolved within 48 hours
