Bytecart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid takedown notices and take action as required.

Bytecart distributes GPL (General Public License) licensed digital products such as themes and plugins. These products are developed by third parties and redistributed under the GPL, which allows sharing and modification. We do not claim ownership over any third-party trademarks or brand names used in product listings.

🔁 3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your name, address, and contact info

• The material removed and its location before it was taken down

• A statement:

  “I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which my address is located, or if outside the U.S., in any judicial district in which Bytecart is located.”

• A statement under penalty of perjury:

  “I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
